Due within 72 hours of making purchase if paying electronically, ie: PayPal or credit card. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO YOUR PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESS OR CREDIT CARD BILLING STATEMENT ADDRESS. If paying with USPS Money Order or personal check, payment is due within 7 calendar days AND we will ship to any physical address.. Failure to follow these payment directions will result in your loss of purchase.

FLORIDA STATE SALE TAX: 7.0% for items shipping to Florida addresses.

CANADIAN BUYERS: You, the purchaser/receiver of items are responsible to pay ALL DUTIES, CUSTOMS, and VAT/TAX Fees as required by your Canadian Government and the shipping carrier.

CREDIT CARDS: We will only ship to your BILLING ADDRESS unless you make prior arrangements with us and we will require a signature. USPS MONEY ORDERS: We will ship to any physical address. SHIPPING: Shipping will be higher than stated if you are outside the Continental 48 United States. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada. WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO YOUR PHYSICAL ADDRESS. Please provide a contact phone number for the shipping carrier to contact you if needed.
DELIVERY:
SHIPPING: Most items are shipped within 48-72 hours of receiving payment.
AVAILABILITY: Our inventory system does not always reflect in "real-time" what parts are currently at our network of manufacturer and distributor warehouses. From time to time an item may be listed and sold on that we currently do not have in stock. We will notify you of this right away and we will do our best to get it out to you as soon as we can. If you are not willing to wait, we understand and will promptly issue a refund to you in the same method you made you payment. With over 600 manufacturers, it is nearly impossible to keep in stock, every single item that we sell, 100% of the time; BUT we try!
REFUNDS & RETURNS:
WARRANTY: Item is guaranteed to be free of defects. In case of manufacturer defects or flaws, please contact us for instructions. Defects and flaws must be reported within 36 hours of receiving item. Warranty is void if item is altered or abused or improperly installed. Installed items are not returnable!
RETURNS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL !!! Except in the case of an actual manufacturer defect (Please see above warranty info.) Weather, earthquakes, carrier neglect or loss, changing your mind, change of address, customers moving, your spouse opening the package or finding your credit card bill, etc..., shall not subject orders to cancellation or return.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Any items that are refused at time of delivery will be accessed a 50% restocking fee once it is received back in it's original condition and ALL shipping charges incurred will be the responsibility of the purchaser whether or not shipping was free. This means that actual shipping will be charged, although free shipping may have originally been granted to purchaser's address.
